This is a great site. I'm very pleased to see all the re-emerging interest in taildragger flying. What a great way to get about the skies.
I am a Class I instructor, Pilot Examiner and the Chief Flight Instructor at Pacific Rim Aviation Academy Inc. located in beautiful Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. We provide the full range of flight training programs for Recreational Pilot Permits, Private and Commercial Licences and also operate a seaplane training facility using our 160hp C-172 and a deHavilland Beaver (#12). Taildragger flying is my personal passion and I've had an opportunity to fly a variety of different types including the Fleet Canuck, Super Cub, various Citabrias, Stearman, TravelAir, Champion, C-140, C-120, and C-170. I currently own a 1965 Champion Corporation Citabria 7ECA. We are happy to provide training in taildragger flying either on your aircraft or ours.
