Alamogordo/White Sands Regional airport offers quite a variety including a sailplane/soaring club on field. Linda's Airport Grille offers good food and friendly service. I was a Naval Flight Officer (F-4s, A-6s, etc.) in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam war. I have a background in flight instruction, aerial application, photography, pipeline patrol, ferrying various aircraft coast to coast 'n' other stuff. I have owned and operated a full-time, full-service FBO.
